Chris Armstrong

Chris is a Native of Charleston and lives here with his wife, Victoria, and their two sons, Carson & Jackson who are 5 and 3. They love traveling, any water related activity, and eating different foods. They are his motivation & his why. 

Chris is not your typical Realtor; he came from a very different background working in the chemical industry for a decade as a product development chemist and later in chemical sales.Working in those roles, he learned that sales is more about asking questions and paying attention to the small details in order to learn about his clients’ needs. His approach to real estate is more of a consultative and advisory role rather than a salesy hard close approach. 

He started his real estate journey in 2016 as an investor, and then found he really enjoyed the process so decided to get his license in 2018. Fast forward 4 years, and he has closed over 100 homes and sold in excess of $25 million in real estate. He is an active investor who does fix and flip, mobile homes, Airbnb, small land development, and long-term rentals.
